European Leather Care was founded in New Zealand by a kiwi leather technician who returned after extensive training over many years in the leather industry in Germany.

Through our close association with Lederzentrum GmbH In Germany – a world leader in leather repair, restoration and care products, and Colourlock products, offering the best care products for leather in the world today,we have access to new leather technologies and care solutions, to pass on to our customers, in order to achieve and maintain the highest standards in leather care,restoration and repair.

Since our beginning in 1989, we have established a nationwide clientele base, including : all the major insurance companies, corporate offices, furniture retailers, car companies and reputable stores. Clientele include : Government House, Parliament, Te Papa, Maritime Museum, Court of Appeal, Telecom, Saatchi & Saatchi, Unisys, Weta, various embassies and many others.

Collectively, we have over 90 years of experience, dealing with customers repair and leather care issues.
