I have a small leather backpack. Jobis leather. The zip which fastens the lflap/lid to close it, is malfunctioning., though it looks ok, i.e. no teeth bent or missing. I’d love someone to check it out for me with a view to repairing it. Kind regards, Lynda

Zip repairs are not something we do. If you are Wellington based, we send all our zip repairs to – Lesvos Shoe and bag repairs inside the Wellington Railway Station. Ph. 472 8430 Otherwise if you are outside Wellington, your local shoe and bag repair company. regards, Alex
