I just picked up my late husband's brown suede hat... The difference you have made is astonishing and it's hard to believe it's the same crushed, mildewy, smelly, damp hat I gave to you.I am absolutely thrilled with what you've done and I look forward to wearing it for another 30 years.

...thoroughly professional and knowledgable - I was really impressed. When I got it back I was properly amazed - it looked almost brand new. I'd thoroughly recommend ELC Ltd to anyone - the old school customer service I received was exceptional and the end result was fantastic.

Having just got our couches back and seen the totally outstanding job you have done I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone. We are absolutely stunned that you have been able to restore them to like new given the extent of the cat scratches and pulls.

European Leather Care is by far the best restorer of leather and vinyl I have ever used. I gave them what I considered impossible to fix – badly worn leather seats on my old LX470 – and they came up almost as new. What’s probably even more remarkable is that I rarely give testimonials like this since I had always found it hard to get quality repairs done... I am a customer for life!

Thank you for refurbishing our Leather couches so beautifully. They look very nice in our new premises and we have had lots of compliments. Visitors couldn’t believe the furniture was not new! I made sure they all knew who did all the good work.

Thank you so much for the absolutely superb job you have done with restoring our old leather 3 seater couch. It looks brand new, which is really saying something since it must be at least 14 years old. We can not fault your workmanship or the professional service you have given us. The only concern we have is that the matching two seater is now going to look very old and shabby next to it...

...we agonized over the economics of buying a new suite or renewing the good old comfortable Kovacs suite we had. The quality of your renewal work was such that we now have a hard job convincing visitors that this is not a new suite. The new colour scheme fits the new house and we’re delighted with the result. Thanks for your good workmanship and service.

The results are nothing short of a miracle. This lounge suite had suffered badly from the ravages of time, two cats and a dog. It was stained, scratched, worn, faded and scarred... we couldn’t believe the transformation. It looks brand new. ...Not only is the standard of work extraordinary but the job was done within the week as quoted.

...His Excellency has asked me to pass on his thanks and appreciation for your work on his briefcase. He was extremely impressed with the quality of your work and actually had difficulty finding the slash that was the main cause for repair in the first place. Your kindness in refurbishing his case has pleased his Excellency very much and also your haste in repairing it for him.

Dear Jason. I've just come home from work to find our living room looking spectacular with our revived leather lounge suite! I cannot believe how amazing and brand new it looks. The leather is so fresh and clean and so beautifully coloured and it is really like having a brand new suite again! You and your team do such remarkable work - truly outstanding! I also want to thank you for your prompt service and how courteous you have always been to us with our queries regarding your work on our suite. I cannot recommend you and your team of very hard workers enough! Simply brilliant work and I would be happy to recommend you and your team to anyone needing anything done to their leather items! I also was very happy with the Welly Mover's people - Raeleen and her boys were very easy to work with - so our compliments to them as well! May we wish you and your team a very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous and successful 2014! All the very best wishes from 2 very, very happy clients! Cheers

Hi folks I just want to say a big thank you to the team for an absolutely beautiful job on my humble knee high leather boots. Quality expensive boots but 4 years old, light brown and out of fashion. The leather was gone. I picked them up this morning and they are now black as requested. They are absolutely beautifully restored and rennovated! These are designer boots but nobody cares. But you knew and you called me with genuine classy concern about my lil old personal treasures and then you turned them into exactly what I wanted. My favorite comfy boots are now black and absolutely gorgeous! I've had comments already. Master craftsmen and women! I highly recommend the leather experts at European Leather Care to all women wishing to re enjoy their leather wear!

Hi Alex, You may already have taken photos too but I took a before and after photo of our lounge suite. Phenomenal difference. The block colour, I must admit, has taken some getting used to, but the responses from others is incredible - everyone can't believe the transformation and the beautiful finished product. They back our decision to preserve our existing choice of comfort and design and revamp it. This lounge suite is over 20 years old already and will be sat on for many years to come. Thank you so much, Linda
